- We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item, as well as the delivery destination.
- Free shipping promotions, when available, will apply at checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We ship throughout the United States using standard shipping services (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we expand our services.
5. Shipping Delays
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday seasons.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
6. Tracking Orders

7. Incorrect Address
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the shipment is returned to us, you may be required to pay for additional shipping to have the product resent.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the damaged item, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
