Refund policy

At Gcode Genius, we take pride in delivering high-quality, 3D-printed products that are designed with precision and care. However, we understand that issues may arise during shipping or handling. If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will happily replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, along with a photo of the damage.

Please note that many of our products are made using PLA and PETG filaments, which have specific environmental properties that can affect the material over time:

• PLA: This material may soften or warp if left in direct sunlight or exposed to high temperatures for long periods.
• PETG: This filament is more durable in warm environments but should still be handled carefully to ensure longevity.

Because of the nature of 3D printing and the customization of many of our items, we do not accept returns for personalized products unless there is a defect or damage upon arrival. We encourage our customers to carefully review the material properties listed under each product description to ensure they select the best option for their needs.
